Job description

Oracle is looking for a Cloud @ Customer (C@C) co-prime sales representative. Ideally, you will be a C@C expert with relevant industry knowledge, including use cases, references, an Oracle footprint, and an understanding of the commercial and technical elements of a deal.

The C@C co-prime sales representative will be responsible for managing a deal from the qualified opportunity stage through to closing with the customer. You will handle the technical discussions with the customer and coordinate with Oracle internal teams to ensure the right resources are involved at each stage of the deal process.

This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement. The position is critical for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and securing new contracts and projects to support overall revenue objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle’s C@C strategy.
  • Experience in positioning and selling large, complex projects with commercial creativity and familiarity with complex deal approvals.
  • Experience in digital transformation discussions with CxO level customers.
  • Ability to engage with CIOs, CTOs, and other CxOs of Tier 1 customers, building long-lasting business relationships.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and C-level IT contacts.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking for innovative solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proven influencing skills and success in sales negotiations.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement Oracle’s C@C strategy and engage strategic CxO relationships within your territories.
  • Promote Oracle’s C@C solutions through prime channels.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with the Cloud sales team to pursue new business opportunities and support partner sales within your territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized customer solutions.
  • Participate in sales presentations, demos, and customer meetings.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Attend industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Build a referenceable customer base by leading C@C solution adoption and advocacy.
  • Support the adoption of Oracle’s IT operations management and monitoring solutions in the cloud.
  • Advocate for Oracle’s cloud strategy and products to customers and partners.
  • Maintain relationships with Oracle LOBs to ensure resource availability.
