General Purpose

As a Cloud Architect, you will be required to design, test, implement, maintain, and support our growing cloud infrastructure. This person will also collaborate with our security team to design and build security controls to protect our environment. The successful candidate will have significant experience in supporting enterprise infrastructures in global 24x7 environments.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience in implementing the best practices for hybrid integration into on-premise computing. You should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledge

Essential Duties

• Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaptation process.
• Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
• Develop and organize cloud systems.
• Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
• Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.
• Support our development teams in its cloud deployments
• Support the On-prem teams with Cloud Connectivity integrations
• Experience with visual modeling and design tool
