Quality Assurance Coordinator – Garment Manufacturing

Location: Ajman, UAE

Full-time | Uniforms ManufacturingWe’re looking for a detail-driven, quality-obsessed individual to join our team at Arto Uniforms, a leading uniforms manufacturer in the GCC. This role is crucial to maintaining the high production standards our clients rely on.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Ensuring that all garments meet our strict quality control standards before dispatch
• Liaising with factories and production teams to monitor progress and address issues proactively
• Following up on open orders and tracking key production milestones
• Identifying and correcting quality concerns before they escalate
• Holding vendors accountable to agreed specs, timelines, and finishing standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in garment production, preferably in uniforms or workwear
• Background as a tailor, quality checker, or in a factory coordination role
• A sharp eye for detail, stitching, and finishing quality
• Strong communication skills in dealing with vendors and in-house teams
• Someone based in Ajman or willing to work on-site full-time
