Job summary

ProTrials is a women-owned, WBENC-certified Contract Research Organization (CRO) delivering clinical research support since 1996. We are seeking an experienced Senior CRA to lead complex studies from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Dubai, this role focuses on strategic planning, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance while fostering professional development within the study teams. A strong track record in virtual study management is essential.

Qualifications

• RN or Bachelor/advanced degree in biological sciences or related field.
• Proven CRA experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience overseeing multifaceted studies from inception to completion.
• Experience managing projects in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Facilitate communication between sponsors, study teams, and functional groups.
• Manage and mentor study team members to ensure professional development.
• Provide financial oversight of study budgets and track out-of-scope activities.
• Drive development and maintenance of project plans including monitoring and eTMF plans.
• Manage studies in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess and manage study risks and escalates issues appropriately.
• Oversee activities and deliverables of outside vendors.

Requirements

• RN or Bachelor/advanced degree in biological sciences or related field
• Equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, or training and previous CRA experience
• Proven effectiveness as a team leader
• Experience managing multifaceted studies from inception to completion
• Experience managing projects in a virtual environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Project and OneNote
