Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Sales Manager to lead sales growth across healthcare institutions in the UAE. This role combines strategic business development with in-depth clinical support, ensuring strong customer relationships and product adoption in a highly regulated market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for assigned clinical products
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
3. Provide clinical education and product demonstrations to support pre- and post-sales efforts
4. Lead and coach the clinical sales team to meet targets and KPIs
5. Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
6. Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations and internal policies
7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for the UAE market
8. Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to promote products and services
9. Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to senior management
10. Stay updated on the latest medical trends, procedures, and product developments

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is an advantage
2. 5-7 years of experience in clinical or medical device/pharma sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
3. Proven success in managing key healthcare accounts and achieving sales targets
4. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to communicate with medical professionals confidently
5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
7. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong plus
8. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region
9. Familiarity with UAE's healthcare system and regulatory environment is essential
