The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) in the nursing continuous professional development unit (NCPD) unit serves as a clinical expert, educator, and leader to support and enhance the delivery of patient care. The CRN is responsible for providing guidance and resources to nursing staff, promoting best practices, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards. This role involves direct patient care, staff development, quality improvement, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
