Clinical Professor in Management and Organizations - Stern at NYUAD

NYU Abu Dhabi, in partnership with NYU Stern, invites applications for a non-tenure track, clinical faculty appointment at the associate or full level for the Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi (Stern at NYUAD). We seek scholars/practitioners of the highest caliber equipped to teach courses in Management and Organizations at all levels, including MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education.

In addition to teaching, this faculty role will include oversight of Stern at NYUAD’s Executive Education offerings. Responsibilities include business development support, as well as design, staffing, and delivery of Executive Education programming, in collaboration and coordination with the NYU Abu Dhabi Office of Executive Education, and the NYU Stern Executive Education team. Applicants must present evidence of an outstanding teaching record at a business school or a distinguished career as a business practitioner. Applicants should have stellar interpersonal, collaborative and pedagogical abilities, including classroom performance, curriculum development, and innovative approaches to teaching in their area of expertise. Significant experience with executive education in administrative/leadership/faculty roles would be a plus.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a PhD or relevant terminal degree in Management and Organization-related fields, including, but not limited to, Strategy, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, and Entrepreneurship. Candidates with a non-terminal degree, and extensive industry/professional experience (e.g., 10+ years) will be considered.
