Job description

NYU Abu Dhabi, in partnership with NYU Stern, invites applications for a non-tenure track, clinical faculty appointment at the associate or full level for the Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi (Stern at NYUAD). We seek scholars/practitioners of the highest caliber equipped to teach courses in Management and Organizations at all levels, including MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education.

In addition to teaching, this faculty role will include oversight of Stern at NYUAD's Executive Education offerings. Responsibilities include business development support, as well as design, staffing, and delivery of Executive Education programming, in collaboration with the NYU Abu Dhabi Office of Executive Education and the NYU Stern Executive Education team. Applicants must demonstrate an outstanding teaching record at a business school or a distinguished career as a business practitioner. Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and pedagogical abilities are required, including classroom performance, curriculum development, and innovative teaching approaches. Experience with executive education in administrative, leadership, or faculty roles is a plus.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a PhD or relevant terminal degree in Management and Organization-related fields such as Strategy, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, or Entrepreneurship. Candidates with extensive industry experience (e.g., 10+ years) and a non-terminal degree will also be considered.
