American Hospital Dubai requires highly skilled Clinical Phlebotomists to perform safe blood extractions, manage laboratory samples, and provide excellent patient care inside the busy outpatient testing center.

Daily Laboratory Tasks:

• Wipe the patient's skin thoroughly using strong alcohol swabs before inserting the sterile needle to prevent any dangerous blood infections.
• Sort the filled blood tubes carefully into specialized cooling racks before sending them directly to the main biochemistry testing room.
• Dispose of all used sharp needles immediately into the locked yellow hazard boxes strictly following Dubai Municipality medical waste rules.
• Update the digital hospital system constantly to confirm that the requested blood samples have been successfully collected from the waiting patients.

Rules for Selection:

• Clinical Precision: Handling delicate blood vessels requires extremely steady hands and a deep understanding of human arm anatomy.
• Patient Empathy: Speaking softly and maintaining a warm smile is completely necessary to help sick patients feel relaxed during the painful procedure.
• DHA Compliance: Holding a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Phlebotomy or Lab Technician license is legally mandatory to touch patients.
