Responsibilities

Develop and deliver clinical teaching in Internal Medicine aligned with AU standards.
Supervise, mentor, and assess medical students during inpatient/outpatient rotations.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback on clinical competence and professionalism.
Conduct clinical or educational research and publish outcomes.
Support curriculum integration between Internal Medicine and other sciences.
Participate in OSCEs, workplace-based assessments, and accreditation activities.
Maintain professional relationships with students to support learning.
Perform additional academic or clinical duties as assigned by the department.
