Job Profile:

  • Supports the provision of safe, patient and family focused quality care.
  • Creates a positive patient experience at our facility. Exhibits a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care
  • Assists in the daily functioning of the unit/department in support of patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assisting Physicians at the time of seeing patients in the clinics.
  • Supports the successful achievements of Clinic Operations strategic goals.
  • Escorts patient whenever need arise throughout the hospital premises.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of all hospital services and facilities.

Education:

  • Diploma in Nursing/ Allied health

Experience:

  • Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
  • Exposure to / experience with customer service principles
  • Experience with clinical terminologies and procedures desirable
  • Good IT skills and typing skills

Skills:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Remain calm under trying circumstances and work with frequent interruptions.
