Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical facility. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing patient satisfaction, and optimizing clinic workflows to maintain high standards of service and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate front desk, nursing, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH/DOH standards, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.
• Manage clinic scheduling, including staff rosters, doctor appointments, and patient flow.
• Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and coordinate procurement.
• Develop and implement SOPs for operational efficiency and patient care.
• Handle patient complaints, inquiries, and feedback with professionalism.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, billing, and revenue reports.
• Maintain accurate records, licenses, contracts, and documentation required by authorities.
• Coordinate internal audits, quality control measures, and risk management practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
