Clinic Manager

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager for an exclusive, luxury Aesthetics clinic in Dubai. Your role will be to oversee the day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly, and that standards remain high. You will drive sales and motivate staff to ensure that clinic targets are met.

You will manage a small team, clinical and non-clinical, to ensure that treatments provided are of an excellent standard, and that customers receive an exceptional level of customer service. You will also produce management reports, deal with clinic suppliers and external agencies, ensure that client records are accurate and up-to-date, and manage customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience of managing a private clinic or comparable experience gained from a similar high-end environment.
2. Demonstrated success in managing a team of staff, and business performance and operations.
3. Confident and proactive individual with a high level of expertise.
4. Ideally a graduate with a good eye for numbers and finance.
5. Immaculately presented and an excellent communicator.
