Job description

  • Lead daily operations across reception, therapists, nurses, and doctors.
  • Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and team productivity.
  • Drive adherence to clinical and customer service standards.
  • Support HR in performance reviews, training, and development.
  • Oversee the full patient journey from booking to follow-up.
  • Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination and client flow.
  • Address complex or VIP client concerns promptly.
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to enhance service delivery.

C. Operations & SOPs

  • Implement and audit standard operating procedures.
  • Track KPIs such as wait times, patient satisfaction, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily schedules, offers, and communications.
  • Monitor daily revenue, collections, and appointment metrics.
  • Analyze and report on sales and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with finance on reconciliations and reporting.
  • Drive achievement of monthly revenue and productivity targets.

E. Inventory & Procurement

  • Oversee stock levels of consumables and medical supplies.
  • Liaise with vendors for pricing, restocking, and expiry control.
  • Ensure compliance with storage and safety standards.

F. Compliance & Safety

  • Maintain all operational licenses and regulatory records.
  • Enforce hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and inspection readiness reviews.

G. Marketing & Communication

  • Ensure staff are updated on services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Support in-house marketing activities and external campaigns.
  • Coordinate with customer service and marketing on online reviews and feedback response.

3. Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in clinic management, preferably in aesthetic/medical settings.
  • Language: English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
