Job Description
- Manage patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services, ensuring a seamless experience from the first point of contact.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic management software to maximize daily operations and minimize patient wait times.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals, effectively communicating patient needs and concerns to ensure high-quality care.
- Handle billing inquiries and explain insurance coverage details to patients, ensuring transparency and understanding of financial responsibilities.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and enhancing patient care coordination.
- Assist in the implementation of patient feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality and patient satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within a healthcare setting, showcasing your ability to handle sensitive situations.

- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing your ability to manage patient data effectively.
