Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a growing Medical Centre situated in a Blue-Collar Community area of Dubai. The clinic offers General Practice, Dental, and newly established Home Care services, and caters to a diverse patient base.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, solutions-driven professional who is capable of running the clinic independently, ensuring full compliance with DHA regulations, managing insurance relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare/Administration background is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing clinical operations within the UAE.
  • Proven experience in a setup offering General Practice, Dental, and Home Care services.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, particularly DHA compliance.
  • Well-connected with insurance companies and TPAs.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of clinic operations with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in clinic management software and general MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Supervise General Practice, Dental, and Home Care units.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare legislation and DHA policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with Insurance Companies and TPAs, handle empanelments and maintain good working relationships.
  • Manage licensing, inspections, renewals, and regulatory updates.
  • Lead and supervise clinic staff including front desk, nurses, and support personnel.
  • Monitor and report on clinic performance, including patient experience, staff productivity, and financial health.
  • Handle vendor relationships, stock, procurement, and basic budgeting.
  • Support medical team with administrative coordination and staff scheduling.
