Job summary

FAB is seeking a Vice President and Head of Climate & Nature Risk to lead the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of our climate and nature risk framework. The role ensures risks are identified, measured and managed across portfolios, aligning with regulatory expectations and international standards.

You will develop risk methodologies, supervise a specialist team and translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior management and governance committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data science, environment or sustainability.
• 5+ years in risk management with climate/ESG focus.
• Experience in modelling, scenario analysis and stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and governance of climate and nature risk frameworks.
• Embed climate risk into the Group risk framework and ICAAP.
• Oversee model development, validation and governance; liaise with regulators and stakeholders.
