About The Role:

The Client Solutions Manager - Global Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. This role involves proposing full-funnel advertising solutions during the pre-sales stage and managing campaign operation and optimization post-sales. Responsibilities also include educating clients about new TikTok ad products and adopting new features to identify upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers.
  • Support Business Partnership Managers with pre-sale research and pitches, focusing on relevant product solutions and advertising strategies.
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business products, including organic, branding, brandformance, and performance solutions.
  • Increase adoption of TikTok's auction platform and tools, providing technical support and real-time analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven insights and improve advertising offerings.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews to build long-term relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign plans, schedules, and ad inventory.
  • Act as a product champion to drive revenue and adoption, build team expertise, and promote cross-regional collaboration.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues and support product development.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to provide creative insights and strategies for gaming clients.
  • Partner with measurement teams and advertisers to understand and communicate success metrics.
  • Coordinate with the ad policy team to stay updated on policy changes and obtain support.
  • Work with the Ad Operation team to ensure smooth campaign execution and accurate ad specifications.
  • Assist clients in enhancing organic presence to complement paid activities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in performance-based campaign management in marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition/performance marketing, especially in social media and gaming.
  • Proactive with strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement tools like GA, and MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong account management skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with a start-up spirit.
