Job summary

88 Design House is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Client Servicing Manager to lead day-to-day relations for a key semi-government account in Dubai. You will be the main point of contact between the client and our creative team, ensuring requests are understood, scheduled and delivered to a high standard.

Based in Dubai with flexible working arrangements, alongside regular in-person meetings with clients and the team.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client servicing or account management experience in a branding or advertising agency.
• Fluent Arabic speaker, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the account, handling incoming requests promptly and professionally.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Translate client needs into clear, well-structured briefs for the creative team.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and feedback sessions, in person and online.
• Organise and prioritise the workflow in close coordination with the Creative Director.
• Build and manage project schedules, making sure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Track all ongoing requests and keep both client and team updated on progress.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the scope of work.
• Support the preparation of proposals, credentials and pitch materials.

88 Design House is a premium branding and creative agency based in Dubai, serving clients across the UAE and GCC. We work across branding, digital and campaign projects for leading names in real estate, sustainability, hospitality and the government sector.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, Arabic-speaking Client Servicing Manager to lead the day-to-day relationship with one of our key semi-government accounts. You will be the main point of contact between the client and our creative team, making sure every request is understood, scheduled and delivered to a high standard. You will also play an active part in growing the agency’s business.

The role is based in Dubai and offers flexible working arrangements, alongside regular in-person meetings with clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities

Client management

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the account, handling incoming requests promptly and professionally
• Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
• Translate client needs into clear, well-structured briefs for the creative team
• Lead client meetings, presentations and feedback sessions, in person and online
• Manage expectations on timelines, scope and deliverables, and raise issues early

Workflow and project coordination

• Organise and prioritise the workflow in close coordination with the Creative Director
• Build and manage project schedules, making sure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Track all ongoing requests and keep both client and team updated on progress
• Manage review and approval cycles, consolidating feedback clearly
• Keep accurate records of briefs, approvals and project documentation
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the scope of work
• Support the preparation of proposals, credentials and pitch materials
• Help identify and approach new prospects, particularly in the government, semi-government and real estate sectors
• Represent the agency at client meetings and industry events

Requirements

• 5–7 years of client servicing or account management experience in a branding or advertising agency
• Fluent Arabic speaker, with excellent written and spoken English
• Based in Dubai, UAE
• Proven experience managing demanding clients and multiple projects at once
• Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• A good eye for design and a genuine appreciation of creative work
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in the real estate sector
• Experience working with government or semi-government clients in the UAE
• Familiarity with project management tools
