Role Summary:
As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. On a daily basis you will handle clients’ queries and proactively seek solutions to resolve their problems. This position is based in our Dubai office.

Please note that the candidate will need to be able to pass the UAE SCA Professional Exams for Promotion Manager before being finalized for the role (for more details, see https://sais.cisi.org/cisiweb2/docs/default-source/cisi-website/qualifications/cisi-sca-quals-23.pdf). If they are unable to pass SCA’s accreditation, any offer will be withdrawn automatically, and Mitrade will not be required to make any restitution to the candidate.
You will also need to possess
Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related fields along with any of the following certifications: • Accredited Financial Analyst (AFA)
