Job summary

Apex Group Ltd. in Qatar is seeking an AVP – Client Services, Fund Administration to lead onboarding of fund structures and coordinate between clients and internal/external teams. You will support documentation, KYC/AML, and regulatory needs, while refining regional service offerings and tracking opportunities.

The role emphasizes collaboration across legal, auditors, banks, and sharia advisors, with a focus on delivering client-centric fund administration and corporate services at scale.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years plus experience preferably in fund administration, corporate services, professional services, consulting or financial services, preferably in a client-facing or onboarding role.
• Understanding of fund and corporate structures, including open-ended funds, closed-ended funds (PE/VC), SPVs, and holding companies
• Exposure to client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and regulatory documentation.
• Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or client pitches is strongly preferred.
• Interest in or exposure to Islamic finance and Sharia-compliant structures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of fund, SPV and corporate structures, including coordination of documentation, KYC/AML requirements, and internal approvals.
• Act as a central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external service providers (legal, auditors, banks, sharia advisors)
• Assist in structuring discussions for open-ended and closed-ended funds, corporate vehicles and special purpose structures.
• Support the development and refinements of Apex’s regional service offerings, including fund administration, corporate services, governance, and family office solutions
• Track pipeline activity and support internal coordination to progress opportunities from initial discussion through onboarding.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
