Job description

Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Manager- Investor Onboarding who is a well-connected, sharp professional with financial services or private banking experience and also has Strong interpersonal and PR skills to build trust with HNWIs and onboard new investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process, from initial contact to successful investment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, risk, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all investors, including legal agreements, IMAs, and other relevant documents.
  • Act as a point of contact for investors, addressing their queries and providing timely updates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and protecting the organization.
  • Monitor the onboarding process, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding procedures and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Client Relationship Skills: Ability to build trust and rapport with investors.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of KYC/AML regulations and compliance procedures.
