As a Client Relationship Manager (Health & Benefits) at Marsh Dubai, you will be the focal point for a large portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across different areas of Marsh. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bring expertise in benefits strategy, project management, and negotiations while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence.

We will rely on you to:

Client Relations & Benefits Expertise

  • Lead relationships with existing and new MMB clients, developing tailored regional benefits strategies.
  • Build a deep understanding of the regional benefits landscape and market trends.
  • Foster strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and employee benefits philosophy.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare client benefits against market standards and peer groups.
  • Produce quarterly claims analytics reports, identifying cost drivers and trends to support cost-containment measures.
  • Oversee the renewal of insured benefits programs and ensure clear communication to employees.

Market Insight & Relationship Building

  • Stay informed on insurers’ service propositions and capabilities to provide well-founded recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within the insurance market.
  • Collaborate with underwriters on claims and funding strategies for MMB clients.
  • Participate in negotiations on insurer service-level agreements.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and personal networks.
  • Explore opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts.
  • Work closely with other Marsh McLennan practices to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Process Compliance & Financial Targets

  • Adhere to internal servicing guidelines to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
  • Ensure accuracy in policy contracts and client documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet individual targets for client retention and new business acquisition.
  • Track and report revenue performance on a monthly basis.

Leadership & Communication

  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting best practices.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders globally.
  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions to address outstanding client needs.
