Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused CRM Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the CRM and client services team by managing client data, coordinating communications, and assisting with the handover and post-sales process. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients from the moment of lead capture to post-handover care. This is a dynamic and hands-on position ideal for candidates with experience in Real Estate CRM operations, client servicing, and customer support in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Operations & Data Management

  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Ensure all client data is accurate, up-to-date, and categorized correctly.
  • Assist in managing CRM campaigns and client communication workflows.

Client Support & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality client interaction.
  • Support customer satisfaction surveys and collect client feedback post-handover.

Handover Coordination

  • Assist in preparing handover documentation and scheduling handover appointments.
  • Coordinate with engineering, legal, and customer service departments to ensure readiness for handover.
  • Support on-site handover activities and customer orientation sessions when required.

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Prepare reports on CRM activities, handover schedules, and customer feedback.
  • Track KPIs related to engagement, satisfaction, and client touchpoints.
  • Support compliance with UAE data protection laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM operations, client service, or customer experience—preferably in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
