Experience: At least two years of proven experience in an auditing and accounting firm in UAE.

Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relations Executive to join our team as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
2. Conduct outdoor visits in the market to find potential clients.
3. Make cold calls for new business leads.
4. Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
5. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
6. Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer acquisition and proposal submission.
