Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai

We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Client Relationship Executive to act as a key liaison between our clients, internal teams, and candidates. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in recruitment support, documentation handling, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Support

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through timely communication and service delivery.
  • Submit candidate profiles and feedback in an organized and timely manner.
  • Act as the primary support to the client team to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate and monitor client interviews, including follow-ups for feedback and next steps.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality communication to support a positive client experience.

Candidate Promotion & Interview Coordination

  • Proactively promote suitable candidates to clients based on role briefs.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
  • Track interview progress, collect feedback from both parties, and support next steps such as offers or second rounds.
  • Maintain a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.

Proposal & Documentation Management

  • Prepare and send Heads of Terms, proposals, and other required documentation to clients.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, properly stored, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain and update client records, candidate progress, and key communication logs within the CRM system.
  • Track and manage client-specific timelines, ensuring all deliverables and recruitment milestones are met as scheduled.
  • Generate and submit regular reports on candidate pipeline status, placement progress, and immigration/documentation updates.
  • Monitor key metrics related to client activity, process performance, and recruitment efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Sales & Recruitment Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify relevant candidate profiles for open positions.
  • Coordinate closely with recruiters to ensure effective profile matching.
  • Update and maintain the CRM and ATS systems regularly with accurate data and activity logs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in client-facing or recruitment support roles.
  • Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience supporting immigration/work permit processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems is required; knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
