Job Summary:

We seek an experienced associate skilled in helping clients create viable financial plans involving real estate assets. Building trust and demonstrating reliability are key, as you'll develop a client base by being a trusted source of investment guidance.

You should understand the emotional and financial goals of clients, such as college savings, retirement, and wealth building. You will work closely with founders and technical partners, while also working independently to advance our platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect for new customers using digital and traditional tactics.
2. Engage with existing clients to assess risk tolerance and financial goals.
3. Educate clients on investment options and how they align with their objectives.
4. Lead business development and sales activities, setting an example.
5. Manage short, medium, and long-term sales strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record as a trusted relationship builder.
2. Understanding of business and finance, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and anticipate market opportunities, especially in real estate.
4. Experience in building and growing digital platform-based businesses.
5. Background in startups or scaleups, ideally with platform experience.
6. Strategic awareness and trend analysis skills.
7. Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
8. Ownership mentality, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
9. Strategic thinking with a focus on execution.
10. Structured, organized, and deadline-oriented.
11. Fluent communication in English and Arabic, both internally and externally.
