Job description

We are building a team of skilled professionals to manage the reception area for our company, which serves high-level clients. This team will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment, handling client communications, and ensuring that all interactions meet our company's high standards of service.

As a Client Relations Receptionist you will be responsible for :

  • Welcoming and Greeting Clients : Warmly welcome high-profile clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and exceptional first impression.
  • Managing Appointments : Coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring timely and seamless appointments and meetings for clients and executives.
  • Client Communication : Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with high-level clients, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining the Reception Area : Ensure the reception area is always neat, professional, and reflective of the company’s standards.
  • Assisting with Client Requests : Address and fulfill client requests promptly, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
  • Handling Confidential Information : Manage sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Supporting Administrative Tasks : Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in one of the East Asian languages (Japanese, Chinese, or Korean) is required, additional languages will be a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
