Job Description :
We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Project Manager (Engineering Services) to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in the UAE. In this role, you will manage client service projects to ensure outstanding communication and satisfaction for our engineering clients, including government entities, private firms, and project stakeholders. This position is ideal for bilingual professionals (English and Arabic) with strong project management and customer service skills, seeking a flexible remote role in the UAE’s engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and oversee client service projects, such as developing streamlined processes for client onboarding, inquiries, or feedback related to engineering projects.
Facilitate client interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings, collaborating with customer service teams to ensure prompt and professional responses.
Design and implement initiatives to enhance client relations, such as client engagement plans or satisfaction tracking systems.
Monitor project progress and client feedback using customer relationship management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Partner with engineering and administrative teams to align client service projects with NCO’s goals and client expectations.
What We Offer :
Competitive Salary : $1,500–$2,000 gross / month (AED 5,500–AED 7,350) for 30 hours / week + incentives for client satisfaction.
Paid Training : 3-day virtual training program ($150 upon completion).
Work-Life Balance : Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (adaptable within 9 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM GST), no weekends.

Remote Environment : Work from anywhere in the UAE with provided support (software and tools).
Job Stability : Temporary contract with potential to become permanent.
Requirements :
Education in project management, business administration, or related field (diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree).
Previous experience in project management or customer service, ideally in engineering or professional services (1–2 years preferred).
Fluency in English and Arabic (professional level); additional languages are a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management and customer service tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams); additional training provided.
Must be a resident of the UAE with valid work authorization and a stable internet connection for remote work.
