Job summary

First Stem Cell and Genomics Laboratory in Dubai is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to manage client inquiries, appointments, and communication related to laboratory services.

You will coordinate between clients, laboratory teams, and clinicians to ensure a smooth workflow and respond to client concerns in coordination with Quality, maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.
