What You'll Be Doing

1. Represent Reddit in the market by pitching its products and business offerings to media agencies and clients.
2. Actively sell and educate agencies and clients about Reddit advertising opportunities.
3. Identify in-market opportunities proactively for potential pitches.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing Reddit's business opportunities.
5. Understand the digital landscape and encourage offline clients to transition online.
6. Monitor sales performance and pipeline daily.
7. Achieve personal sales and revenue targets as defined by the company.
8. Respond efficiently to agency media briefs with relevant proposals.
9. Provide accurate forecasting and manage pipelines using CRM tools.
10. Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth campaign setup and delivery.
11. Follow up on proposals and negotiate to close sales deals.
12. Create strategic recommendations and implement media solutions for clients.
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and expand the client database.
14. Balance efforts between acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Who You Are

1. 3-4 years of experience in digital ad sales, online media, or advertising sales.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or related fields.
3. Persuasive, assertive, and capable of influencing and educating clients.
4. Good network within the UAE market.
5. Ability to communicate digital technology concepts to a general audience.
6. Eager to develop and grow professionally.
7. Owns a car.
