Job Description :

As a Client Partner on the Customers team, you'll immerse yourself in the evolving digital and media landscape and X's ongoing product developments to form collaborative relationships with clients and their ecosystem. You'll help them find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and impactful campaigns on X, shaping their participation in the public conversation and driving their business forward.

This position is located in our Dubai office and will require travel to client and agency locations, as well as regular trips to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish a collaborative business relationship between X's top MENA companies and their marketing agencies (media/creative) with the objective of creating valuable annual partnerships for both sides.
  2. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations demonstrating how X's advertising products can connect with consumers.
  3. Assist advertisers in building and executing effective digital strategies for X, measure results, and renew or upsell to drive revenue growth.
  4. Immerse yourself in the evolving media and digital landscape, and adapt to X's ongoing product developments and priorities.
  5. Apply strategic thinking to understand, digest, and turn data and market trends into actionable business opportunities, both short and long term.
  6. Mentor new team members as our organization grows.
  7. Engage in cross-functional activities impacting X's footprint in the MENA region.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience.
  2. Proven ability to develop and grow a book of business.
  3. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  4. Problem-solving skills and proactive execution.
  5. Deep understanding of X and the regional media landscape, especially the Saudi market.
  6. Experience dealing with major organizations in KSA is highly preferred.
  7. Arabic language skills are a plus.
  8. Availability to spend at least 2 days in Saudi Arabia every 2-3 weeks.
  9. Experience with tech platforms or consulting is welcome.
  10. Established relationships with decision-makers at companies and agencies.
  11. Creativity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  12. Minimum BA/BS degree; Master's degree preferred.
