Job Description:
As a Client Partner on the Customers team, you'll immerse yourself in the evolving digital and media landscape and X's ongoing product developments to form collaborative relationships with clients and their ecosystem. You'll help them find their voice and build connections with their customers through relevant and impactful campaigns on X, shaping their participation in the public conversation and driving their business forward.

This position is located in our office in Dubai and will require travel to client and agency locations as well as regular trips to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a collaborative business relationship between X's top MENA companies and their marketing agencies (media/creative) with the objective of creating valuable annual partnerships for both sides.
  • Create & deliver consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how X's advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers.
  • Help advertisers build and execute effective digital strategies for X, measure results, and renew/upsell to drive revenue growth.
  • Thought leadership: immerse yourself in the evolving media & digital landscape and adapt to X's ongoing product developments & priorities.
  • Strategic thinking: ability to understand, digest, and turn data and market trends into actionable business opportunities on both the short and long term.
  • Mentoring new team members as our organization grows.
  • Be involved in cross-functional activities impacting X's footprint in the MENA region.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience.
  • A track record demonstrating an exceptional ability to develop and grow a book of business.
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Problem-solving skills: just make things happen!
  • Deep understanding of X and the regional media landscape and related opportunities for marketers in MENA. A fine understanding of the dynamics of the Saudi market is a big plus.
  • Experience in dealing with major and complex organizations in KSA is strongly preferred.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
  • Need to spend 2 days in Saudi Arabia minimum every 2/3 weeks.
  • Experience in tech platforms or consulting is welcome.
  • Established relationships with decision-makers at companies and agencies.
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in very fast-paced environments.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree. Master's degree preferred.
