A leading company in the UAE seeks a skilled Channel Sales Manager to cultivate partnerships and drive sales growth. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of SaaS sales. The successful candidate will manage relationships with partners and contribute to joint marketing efforts, ensuring mutual success in the market.

Your Role:
1.Build & maintain strong relationships with reseller partners.
2. Act as the primary liaison between partners and icogz teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support).
3. Provide training & enablement sessions to empower partners.
4. Develop strategic account plans and drive sales growth.
5. Monitor partner performance & identify growth opportunities.
6. Facilitate joint marketing activities, webinars, and events.
7. Share market insights to improve icogz solutions & strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5+ years' experience in channel sales, partnership management, or client relations (preferably in SaaS, BI, or enterprise software).
2. Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles & partner ecosystems.
3. Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
4. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus!).
