A leading company is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to strengthen partner relationships and drive sales growth in the UAE. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in channel sales or partnership management, preferably in the SaaS industry, with excellent communication skills. This full-time position involves training partners, developing strategic account plans, and sharing market insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in channel sales, partnership management, or client relations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles & partner ecosystems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Your Role:

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with reseller partners
  • Act as the primary liaison between partners and icogz teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support)
  • Provide training & enablement sessions to empower partners
  • Develop strategic account plans and drive sales growth
  • Monitor partner performance & identify growth opportunities
  • Facilitate joint marketing activities, webinars, and events
  • Share market insights to improve icogz solutions & strategies
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years' experience in channel sales, partnership management, or client relations (preferably in SaaS, BI, or enterprise software)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles & partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus!)
