WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and they maximise the value of Visit products.
  • Maintain regular client communication through scheduled calls and meetings.
  • Ensure that client expectations align with agreed service levels and operational capabilities.
  • Provide technical consultation on Visit products, ensuring clients fully utilize available features and integrations.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager
  • Proactively identify potential client issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You will be an experienced Event / Account Manager with excellent knowledge of the Exhibition Industry. You will have good financial acumen, have excellent communication skills and be adept at creating lasting relationships.
