Marsh is actively seeking experienced professionals for a strategic leadership role based in Dubai :

Position :

Client Executive – Vice President

What You Can Expect :

Strategic Leadership

Conduct comprehensive GAP analyses on client accounts to identify growth opportunities

Cultivate and sustain C-suite relationships to ensure client retention, revenue protection, and growth

Define and steer the strategic direction of client relationships

Maintain an in-depth understanding of client industries, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes

Enhance client perception of Marsh’s value through innovative risk advisory solutions

Safeguard client accounts against competitor penetration

Collaborate on Thought Leadership initiatives, developing new products and solutions

Operational Excellence

Manage a diverse portfolio of large corporate clients across multiple industries

Design and implement tailored risk management and insurance programs

Address client service and relationship issues promptly and effectively

Plan and execute renewal strategies and service delivery

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies such as BBE, DES, CFP, and TCR

Coordinate risk consulting, Mercer Marsh Benefits, and related services in partnership with the SRO

Maintain accurate sales records within MPower

Oversee invoicing, administrative processes, and credit control in collaboration with relevant departments

Financial Performance

Achieve a 100% client retention rate

Meet and exceed new business revenue targets

Drive revenue expansion through cross-selling and deepening client engagement across Marsh’s diverse service lines (P&C, E&H, Specialties, Advisory)

Report on budget and forecasts in alignment with Dubai Corporate Segment policies

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of total revenue generated from client accounts

What You Need to Have :

University Degree

6-8 years of insurance experience, preferably within a multinational organization

Proven expertise in large corporate general lines insurance

UAE market experience is advantageous

Arabic language skills are preferred
