What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Lead sales initiatives and consistently achieve or exceed individual and team targets
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle client queries, expectations, and challenges with professionalism and care
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Actively participate in CRM usage, team meetings, and ongoing sales training
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and training departments to streamline communication and service delivery
What Skills Are Needed for a Client Engagement Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in sales and client engagement
- Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment
Core Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems and tracking KPIs
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and client challenges effectively
Languages:
- Full English proficiency is required
- Additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are a strong advantage
