What Does a Client Engagement Manager Do?

As a Client Engagement Manager at IFZA, you will lead licensing sales, manage relationships with a multilingual client base, and serve as the main point of contact for license applications. You will collaborate closely with sales support, finance, operations, and training teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent achievement of sales goals.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

  1. Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed targets
  2. Source and develop new client relationships through outbound efforts
  3. Build long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and transparency
  4. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage expectations with professionalism
  5. Lead business development strategies to create new revenue opportunities
  6. Maintain accurate client data and communication records in the CRM
  7. Participate in sales meetings and training to remain up to date on products and market trends
  8. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure clients are informed and supported

What Skills Are Needed for a Client Engagement Role in Dubai?

Education and Experience:

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations
  • Proven track record in exceeding KPIs in a sales-driven environment

Languages:

  • Full English fluency is required
  • Portuguese or Spanish proficiency is mandatory

Core Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • High emotional intelligence with a client-first approach
