Job summary

A leading tech solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Manager to drive sales for Managed Services Hybrid Cloud Cyber Security solutions. The ideal candidate has 15-20 years of direct solution selling experience, particularly in Enterprise and Real Estate sectors, alongside strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

  • Industry experience of over 15-20 years in direct solution selling.
  • At least five years sales experience in Enterprise/Real Estate Vertical.
  • Experience selling Private and Public Cloud solutions for 5 years.
  • Experience selling Managed Services for 5 years in UAE or India.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for Managed Services solutions in Dubai.
  • Engage customers in technical discussions and propose solutions.
  • Farm large Enterprise Accounts effectively.
  • Communicate with Presale & Project Managers on project issues.
  • Attend seminars to enhance product knowledge.

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Create opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle for the Managed Services Hybrid Cloud Cyber Security & Infrastructure solutions for Enterprise & Real Estate Accounts in Dubai.
  • Should be able to engage customers on technical solution discussions and proposing value on solutions around Hybrid Cloud Managed Services Cyber Security & Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Excellent customer and vendor relationship management skills strong analytical and business planning skills ability to communicate clearly and efficiently including making presentations and negotiating with both clients and vendors.
  • Uses consultative solution selling and business development skills at the CXO level to align the clients business needs with the companys solutions.
  • Manage & farm large Enterprise Accounts (Strategic Account Management)
  • Capability to make solution presentations to customers with impact.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with respective Practice Presale & Project Manager concerned on miscellaneous issues covering presales and postsales issues till a project is signed off by the customer.
  • Attending Tech seminars and exhibitions to enhance product knowledge and updating on the new range of solutions announced.
  • Should be able to recognize the clients business needs interpret them and produce/prepare appropriate proposals.
  • Follow up outstanding receivables from customers
  • Meet monthly/Quarterly and Annual gross margin targets and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline science graduates Engineers & MBA are preferred.
  • Industry experience of over 1520 years in direct solution selling (out of which at least five years sales experience working in Enterprise/Real Estate Vertical).
  • Experience of selling Private and Public Cloud solutions for 5 years in any geography
  • Experience of selling Managed Services for 5 years in UAE or India
  • Min industry Experience of 1520 yrs in direct selling.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Key attributes associated with this role include being incredibly professional dynamic and motivated.
  • Ability to present proposals persuasively
  • Ability to work with a large teams.
  • UAE Driving license is a must.
