What Does a Client Engagement Manager Do?

As a Client Engagement Manager at IFZA, you will be responsible for managing direct client relationships, overseeing the license sales process, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure clients are well-informed and supported. You will actively source new leads and play a key role in driving business growth through exceptional service and consultative sales.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?
  1. Lead sales initiatives and consistently achieve or exceed individual and team targets
