A global data analytics firm is seeking a Client Engagement Executive in Dubai to manage Corporate Enterprise accounts across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, improving renewal rates, and identifying upsell opportunities while providing excellent client support and training. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in account management or business development and strong negotiation skills.

We’re looking for a Client Engagement Executive to join our growing team, managing a portfolio of Corporate Enterprise accounts across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. This role goes beyond renewals—it's about building strategic partnerships, expanding accounts, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
You’ll be the key point of contact for clients during their first two years, guiding them through their journey and ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. Working closely with New Business Development, Enterprise Account Management, and Research teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping long-term client success.
This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Enterprise, Middle East and Africa.
