Your Role at Chanel

We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement & Data Manager driven by innovation and impact. Her/His role will be to ensure the successful deployment & measurement of client engagement strategies across all divisions, being also pivotal in our digital transformation in Middle East and contributing to Europe region digital roadmap.

The 3 divisions Client Engagement & Data Manager main missions are

Client Engagement & Client Insights
  • CRM Management:
  • Support the implementation of CRM strategies established by each division, leveraging expertise in channels, tools, and client targeting.
  • Oversee the implementation, training, and KPI tracking for clienteling initiatives.
  • Ensure the acculturation and usage of our client digital tools in POS (points of sales)
  • Run the Loyalty program for F&B.
  • Build the path toward an omnichannel journey for our clients, working closely with the e-commerce team, CCC teams, and marketing and retail teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI closely to ensure effectiveness.
  • Support Events orchestration with client targeting & RSVP mechanisms
  • Client Intelligence & Data Stewardship:
  • Serve as the market referent for all client reports. With direct access to the Client 3 Division database, analyze existing data and build custom reports for the market.
  • Leverage data to create meaningful insights that address business needs and problematics.
  • Ensure data quality through collection and identification of discrepancies in collaboration with Europe data stewardship.
  • Identify opportunities and share them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Community animation:
  • Explore local best practices, animate local community of ambassador
  • Promote the Middle East practices and be an ambassador of the market in Europe communities
Digital tools and digital ecosystems
  • Implement Digital Solutions Linked to Clients Across Our Networks:
  • Manage the MBA/MLBB roadmap at the local level and ensure advanced usage.
  • Support the implementation of any other tools linked to the client data ecosystem.
  • Lead Transformation on Systems and Tools at a Local Level:
  • Implement new systems from Europe to elevate our expertise, improve data consistency, and provide a comprehensive view on clients and targeting.
  • Lead the transformation of systems and foster innovative ways of working to maximize relevance and accuracy.
  • Digital Transformation & Ecosystems:
  • Actively participate in the European digital community, sharing vision and awareness on digital topics.
  • Monitor and optimize Chanel's presence on all external digital touchpoints, including Google and partner websites.

  • 7-8 years of experience with strong expertise in data management and analytics, and a deep understanding of both business and technology.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to thrive in a transversal role.

  • Problem-Solving Capability: Strong problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude

  • Digital Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and digital platforms.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential, and French language skills are highly appreciated.
