Full-time office-based role supporting our commercial teams. We are seeking a Client Administration Assistant to join our Dubai office, working alongside our Relationship Management team to deliver the highest levels of service to our premier international clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with colleagues in Relationship Management, Client Administration, and Sales functions.
  • Preparing official documents for our international client operations.
  • Managing communication channels such as Phone Line, Email, and Zendesk.
  • Learning from an experienced Client Administration Specialist in our London office.
  • Assisting Relationship Managers with daily tasks.
  • Organizing client meetings and related travel arrangements.
  • Handling complaint management responsibilities.
  • Supporting client administration tasks initiated by regional and global leadership.

About you: You possess a detailed, focused approach, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to maintain our market-leading service levels. You have high proficiency in English (C1 or C2 level) and can adapt and excel in new environments.
