Role Purpose:

We are looking for a well-organised and client-focused Client Account Executive to be the main contact for our European clients. You will manage recruitment orders, make sure they are completed on time, and work closely with our sales, recruitment, and delivery teams.

This role gives you the chance to work across different industries and international markets. You will help keep clients happy, support business growth, and improve how we work. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for great service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Order Management: Oversee client onboarding and recruitment delivery, ensuring all requirements are accurately managed and delivered on time.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, recruitment, delivery, compliance) to ensure smooth end-to-end service.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, building strong partnerships, addressing concerns quickly, and providing regular updates.
  • Sales Team Support: Align with our global sales team to track performance and support strategic growth across key markets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance operational efficiency and client experience across the order lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on order status, client feedback, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
  • CRM & Systems: Keep client records and communications up to date using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Previous experience working with international clients (ideally within recruitment or staffing)
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Flexibility to align with European time zones as needed
  • A self-starter with strong intuition and problem-solving abilities
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role
