Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of deposit and withdrawal funds based on online banking details.
• Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Handle customer funding issues through daily customer service interactions.
• Adjust and process incorrect currency deposits from customers.
• Coordinate with market teams for distribution and processing of activities.
• Compile and analyze daily system operation data.
• Assist in connecting new channels and related tasks for successful launches.
• Prepare short-term cash forecasts and manage daily cash processes within the Group's liquidity structure.
• Support management of intercompany loans, settlements, and accrued interests.
• Manage onboarding of new bank accounts, including online banking setup and signatory arrangements.
• Collaborate with Treasury Managers on accounting, treasury management systems, and payment product implementations.
• Perform various duties to ensure smooth treasury operations.
• Maintain accurate transactional data in accounting and treasury systems.
• Draft asset reconciliation reports and conduct daily post-trade settlement for crypto assets.
• Oversee cold wallet operations, including wallet creation, transaction approval, and device security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in trading markets, third-party payments, or banking operations related to clearing and settlement.
• Strong risk awareness and risk identification skills.
• Excellent logical analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated, energetic, innovative, resilient under pressure, responsible, and team-oriented.
• Familiarity with internet finance and traditional financial services.
• Experience in leading teams and managing projects independently.
• Fluent in English and Arabic to coordinate with international partners.
• Must be based in Dubai.
