Your key responsibilities:

1. As a VME Professional within the Valuation Modelling and Economics team, you will work on commercial issues, collaborate with management on acquisition processes or transformation plans, and undertake valuations for strategic priorities.
2. Prepare business proposals and present various real estate corporate finance activities to potential clients to develop new business opportunities and create a business network in the real estate sector.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and assess land/property value, advising clients on their investment decisions.
4. Develop complex real estate financial models to assess the market value of various asset classes and create business plans for residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial real estate.
5. Perform purchase price allocations and valuation for real estate businesses in MENA, requiring real estate accounting skills.
6. Monitor various real estate markets across MENA and asset classes such as offices, residential units, shopping centers, and healthcare facilities.

To qualify for the role you must have:

1. A bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business with at least 8-10 years of related real estate corporate finance work experience.
2. Solution-driven mindset with a record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
3. Autonomous with experience in developing client relationships and proactive reporting to Director/Partner.
4. Financial modelling skills, ideally with real estate experience.
5. Broad understanding of IFRS standards related to fair value measurements, business combinations, and impairment testing.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

1. Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm.
2. Experience in coaching teams of junior and senior staff.
3. Real Estate financial modelling experience.
4. Achievement of a CFA or equivalent internationally recognized professional qualification such as RICS or CBV.
5. Understanding of broader GCC market dynamics.
6. Excellent Business Development skills.
7. Arabic language skills (although not mandatory).
