Job summary

DubaiPropertyGeek in Dubai is launching a premium residential cleaning operation and seeks an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to build the business from the ground up. You will shape operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a residential or commercial cleaning business in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's cleaning industry.
• Experience recruiting and managing cleaning teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and scheduling abilities.
• Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
