Position: Franchise Manager, Men's Health – GEM
The Franchise Manager is responsible for increasing the number of patients treated and expanding market share of franchise products in the assigned territory. This role involves developing relationships with medical Key Opinion Leaders, hospital administration, and medical societies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor industry, competition, healthcare, and economic trends to adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with high-growth accounts and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient treatment with franchise products, including patient identification and referral processes.
- Communicate solutions and value-added programs effectively, including strategic and conceptual topics beyond products.
- Educate and train physicians and hospital staff to ensure clinical success and increase patient treatment.
- Collaborate with Marketing and sales teams to remove barriers and introduce solutions like the Patient Identification Tool.
- Train local sales teams to take over projects after successful implementation and focus on new account development.
- Passionate about growing the business or therapy area, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, and collaborating internally for strategic planning.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the specialized field, product context, and therapies.
- Develop solutions for complex business problems using ingenuity and creativity.
- Analyze situations with in-depth evaluation, exercise judgment within policies, and evaluate impact on business.
- Manage project assignments of substantial complexity, determine objectives, and select methods for completion.
- Develop policies, procedures, and standards; interface with senior management; lead cross-functional teams on significant projects.
- Make decisions with long-lasting impact, serve as a management consultant, and represent the organization externally on major matters.
- Use diplomacy to handle high-tension situations and participate in training and mentoring others.
