Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities and learning sessions.
• Support students individually and in small groups under the teacher’s guidance.
• Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, classroom displays, and learning resources.
• Assist students with reading, writing, activities, and assigned classroom work.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, lunch, and other school activities.
• Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, confidence, and independent learning.
• Support students who require additional assistance with their learning.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Assist with setting up and organizing classroom equipment and materials.
• Observe students’ participation and provide relevant feedback to the teacher.
• Assist the teacher with basic classroom records and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and school matters.
• Follow school policies related to child safeguarding, safety, security, and wellbeing.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs when required.
• Perform other duties related to classroom support as assigned by the teacher or school management.
